About Us

We are a well-known and well-established global brand who has been operating in the Swiss watch industry for over 45 years. This Geneva-based brand belongs to a small circle of Swiss watchmakers still in family hands. This company is built upon the core values of family, creativity, and craftsmanship.

This position will be based in office at our New York City Location.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Watchmaker to join our Service Team at our corporate office. The team reports to the After Sales Manager, who oversees Customer Service and the Parts Department. • Basic and Complete services, including water resistance tests
  • Inspect timepieces for accuracy: beat errors, consumption, or amplitude
  • Regulate mechanical timepieces
  • Disassembly/assembly of case, mechanism, and bracelet
  • Component fitting, gluing, oiling, and hairspring adjustments
  • Work with management to ensure quality control standards

Job requirements

  • Certification from an accredited Watchmaker School is preferred but not required
  • 5 year minimum of experience
  • You have experience in escapement and hairspring adjustments
  • You are team oriented and a dedicated worker
  • You are able to remain in a seated position for an extended period of time
