09.09.2020 – this date was already eagerly awaited by many Nuki customers. Now the time has come: Today our CEO Martin Pansy presented a number of innovations relating to smart access control with Nuki.

We are very happy and proud to announce some new additions to the Nuki product family: the sustainable Nuki Power Pack, the limited White Edition of the Nuki Smart Lock, the Nuki Club with exclusive benefits for Nuki customers and the upcoming installation service!

Nuki Power Pack: Power up your Smart Lock

The Nuki Power Pack puts an end to batteries in the Nuki Smart Lock. This new smart accessory provides roughly twice as much capacity as conventional AA batteries and lasts up to 12 months. Both the Smart Lock and the mobile app warn the user as soon as battery levels fall below 20 percent. The Power Pack is charged using the supplied USB-C cable. Smart: charging is even possible during operation!

The Nuki Power Pack will be available from October* for the price of 49 euros in the Nuki online shop and is compatible with both the Nuki Smart Lock 1.0 and 2.0. Get more information about the Nuki Power Pack in our shop:

Nuki White Edition: limited special edition for design enthusiasts

The limited White Edition of the Nuki Smart Lock is elegant and stylish. Through our customer surveys, we know that a white colour variant is at the top of our customers wish lists. With the White Edition, we are deviating from our iconic design in black and silver for the first time, which we developed together with the design experts at EOOS, and are breaking new ground. The result is a particularly elegant design for modern entrance areas.

The limited White Edition includes the Nuki Smart Lock 2.0, the Nuki Bridge and the new Nuki Power Pack – all in white, of course. The limited White Edition will be available exclusively via the Nuki online shop from October while stocks last. Interested customers can register on the Nuki website to be the first ones to be informed even before the official sales start:

Nuki Club brings exclusive offers for our loyal customers

Nuki has always been about the community, after all, it is thanks to the crowdfunding community that Nuki has skyrocketed in the previous years. Customer feedback has always been extremely important and serves as a guideline in the team’s product strategy. The Nuki Smart Lock was designed as an easy-to-install retrofit solution – more than 150,000 customers across Europe have installed it without problems. Since the launch of the Nuki Opener, which is directly connected to the intercom phone, more and more customers are asking for an installation service. Nuki is fulfilling this request and will be offering the service as a first step for customers in Vienna, Munich, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Cologne from Autumn 2020. Other regions and countries will follow soon.
